She currently lives in Ohio with her two cats, Rosie and Nemo.

Susan once had a cat named Butch (but he preferred the name "The Mightly Hunter" ~ Susan) who loved to snatch little children's' bathing suits off back porch railings, which he would proudly bring home to her.
(I made a lot of new friends that summer, as I walked around my neighborhood, asking:
"Is this yours?"
"How about this? Is this yours?"
